Biography Education

Biography

Niña, our Finance Specialist at Sobirovs Law Firm, began her Canadian journey as an international student. She achieved a diploma in Accounting and Payroll with High Honours at Seneca College. In the Philippines, she is a Certified Public Accountant and completed her university degree with a double major in Financial Management.

Her career took off in the financial sector, starting as a budget accountant at a mining firm and then as a loans officer at the Bank of the Philippine Islands, one of the oldest banks in the country. Progressing through her career, she later became a manager at a credit cooperative. These experiences equipped her with a solid foundation in the financial industry and fuelled her passion for financial literacy.
