The Basic Facts and Dates:
A Vietnamese company that specializes in providing a wide range of consulting services for the medical equipment industry approached us asking for guidance on how to expand its business to Canada. The owners of the business are professionals who have several advisory service companies and had rich experience in helping foreign companies enter the Vietnamese market. After a detailed discussion of all aspects of their businesses in Vietnam, our lawyers have concluded that the Intra-Company Transfer program is the most suitable business immigration program for this client.
- On May 11, 2021: our team has submitted the client’s ICT application – a detailed package for the main applicant, his spouse and 2 children;
- On June 03, 2021: we have received Medical Examination Instructions from the Canadian authorities which have been done on a timely basis;
- On June 24, 2021: we have received the passport requests for the whole family and the client sent the passports to the Canadian Embassy in Ho Chi Mihn, Vietnam; and
- On July 9, 2021: the clients got their passports back with their respective visas in them. See below.

The Challenges:
