Our first deep-dive step in working with new clients is to have a detailed, confidential strategy meeting. Therefore, we require detailed information in advance in preparation for the meeting. The purpose of the strategy meeting is not just to determine your eligibility for an immigration program. We rather focus on the probability of success of your immigration application and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of your immigration case. We take time to learn about your personal, business, and immigration background and other details that could be relevant under Canadian immigration laws based on our rich experience in handling similar cases. At the end of the meeting, our immigration lawyer will offer the next steps and advice based on your details. The lawyer will also offer you an individualized price quote for our services should we agree to work together on your immigration case. After the strategy meeting, if we decide to work together on your immigration file, we will email you our Proposal containing our Retainer Agreement and fees for review and e-signature. Most of the time we deal with individuals and businesses that are outside of Canada. So, the confidential meetings are conducted via Google Meet and Zoom.

These meetings are done only by our licensed Canadian lawyers. The fee is $150 USD for a 60-minute meeting.
