investors, entrepreneurs, and business owners who are interested in coming to Canada through business-focused immigration programs.

Here’s how it works: We’ll have 60 minutes to chat, during which I will ask you some questions to understand your goals, then suggest immigration pathways that may be a good fit. You can then ask me some of your questions as well — and don’t worry, I’ll give you a 15-minute warning before our session ends.

  1. I’m here to guide your search — not give legal advice. I’ll provide general information to help you narrow down your options, but my responses aren’t legal advice or a substitute for speaking with a lawyer.

  2. My focus is exclusively Canadian business immigration. I am not equipped to provide guidance on:
    • Refugee or asylum applications
    • Family sponsorships, study permits, or visitor visas (unless business-related)
    • How to find a job or an employer
    • Other areas of Canadian law (like corporate, employment, or tax law)
    • Immigration laws or processes in other countries
    • Verifying immigration documents or processes for authenticity
