Biography
Feruza Djamalova is a Canadian immigration lawyer and co-founder of Sobirovs Law Firm. Licensed to practice law in Ontario since 2011, she has been guiding businesspeople, entrepreneurs, and investors through Canada’s immigration system for over a decade.
Feruza holds a Law degree from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law (2010) and a Master’s in International and European Law (2007) from the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands. She further expanded her leadership expertise by completing the Business Executive Program (LEAD) at Stanford University in 2023.
Her legal career is rooted in helping clients achieve meaningful results. She has successfully guided many entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors in obtaining Canadian permanent residence and citizenship. Through her work, she has helped families establish successful businesses in Canada while securing their futures for the long term.
Feruza is known for her honest, straightforward approach. She believes in open conversations, offering clear strategies, and setting realistic expectations. With her in-depth knowledge of Canadian immigration law, she is able to identify unique opportunities in each file and build tailored strategies to maximize her clients’ chances of success.
Outside of her professional life, Feruza enjoys cooking, traveling, reading books, and staying active with high-intensity workouts inspired by Jillian Michaels.
