Biography

Maggie is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC # R706118) under the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). After graduating with honours from Humber College, Maggie became a licensed paralegal with good standing under the Law Society of Ontario. She also has a B.A. degree in language and a master’s degree in Business Administration.

Before relocating to Canada, Maggie was a seasoned public relations professional in China and worked with a top-tier public relations firm from New York. She provided services to a high-end portfolio of clients, including Intel, LG, HP, Qualcomm, TCL, etc. Maggie helped a renowned multinational healthcare company as a public relations manager who oversaw regional government and media communications in China. Before joining Sobirovs, Maggie gained invaluable experience in legal services at a boutique personal injury law firm in Toronto.

Maggie has been a firm believer in integrity, professionalism and efficiency throughout her career. Her skill set in business communication has given her the foundation to create sustainable relationships with clients. She takes great satisfaction in assisting each client throughout sophisticated business immigration processes in an empathetic, client-focused way. Being a part of our team to create a unique and hassle-free experience for the clients at Sobirovs is where her passion lies.

Outside of work, she loves hiking, reading and movies.

Maggie is fluent in Mandarin.
